CALL CENTER

A service center with professionals specialized in the areas of Telecommunications, Security, and Information Technology, fully trained to develop strategic solutions for the operational requirements of its customers.

MONITORING CENTER

The CAR SYSTEM Monitoring Center combines Call Center infrastructure and CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) technology:

• 24-hour assistance service;
• Enrollment of the equipment, vehicles, and owners;
• Registering of the authorized people, command reception, and actions taken;
• Location of the vehicle through the Center and/or the web;
• Reception of panic signals and measures taken with the authorities and the ready-response team;
• Location via the Internet by the customer.

READY-RESPONSE TEAM

Automatically activated by the 24-hour Monitoring Center, upon receiving the panic signal emitted by the equipment or by the customer (available in specific areas):

• Support vehicles (motorcycles) based in the CETECs, located in strategic points of São Paulo, Metropolitan São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and Metropolitan Rio;
• Aerial sweeping with a helicopter, when within the emergency procedures used by the Center.

Assistance activities:

• Accompaniment of the occurrence at the site and support for the victims;
• Communication of the occurrence to and request for assistance from the Military, Civil, and Federal Police.

CETEC – TECHNICAL CENTER

18 CETECs: São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Brasília, Belo Horizonte, Campinas, and São José dos Campos.

Authorized stores: guarantee the services provided to all the customer of the base, throughout the national territory.

CAR SYSTEM, committed to its customers, has an inventory of equipment in the CETECs and in the authorized stores, including all the items necessary for replacement.

LOCATING THROUGH THE INTERNET

Upon acquiring a product or service from CAR SYSTEM, you register an identification login and password to locate your vehicle through the Internet, quickly and effectively.

Through software that was developed internally, the website www.carsystem.com exhibits the location using one of the more than 2,600 maps of Brazil, as well as satellite photographs.

In this way, it is possible to obtain information about the vehicle equipped with the CAR SYSTEM tracker from any location.
